Duration: 3 days
Main stack: Nuxt JS
Scale (users / data / requests): Previously live production system with real users and moderate usage
What did I actually do? (not the team)
- Implemented the provided Figma design end-to-end using Nuxt JS
- Translated UI/UX specs into a fully functional, production-ready frontend
- Built reusable components; handled layout, responsiveness, and state where needed
- Delivered the final implementation within a tight deadline for the GTEX exhibition
Hard parts / challenges:
- Very short delivery timeline (3 days) with zero room for rework
- High attention to UI details to match the Figma design pixel-accurately
- Maintaining code quality and structure despite time pressure
- Ensuring stability for a public exhibition environment
Biggest technical decision I made:
- Using clean, modular architecture instead of quick, deadline-driven code
- Structuring components to closely match Figma design hierarchy
Result / impact (even rough):
- Used live at GTEX exhibition without critical issues
Internal complexity:
- Medium due to strict design fidelity requirements
- Tight deadline increased implementation pressure
- High focus needed on UI details and component structure
